Your private yoga teacher
Practising yoga since she was 15, Niki loves sharing yoga with others. She loves teaching all ages and enjoys helping people connect to their bodies through movement and breath.
Niki has a background collaborating and working with physiotherapists as well as training in yoga for pain management, so is able to help with a wide range of issues.
All classes are unique / bespoke and are created around what is best for you and your body.
Her style is relaxed and fun and focuses on flexibility, core strength, balance and relaxation through movement. Niki’s classes also feature breathwork exercises (pranayama), mindfulness techniques and relaxation.
