What to expect in your private lesson
All my classes are uniquely designed around what is best for you and your body, based on getting to know you and your goals. Classes can be catered to all ages and abilities.
Each class is one hour and can include yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation or meditation. Classes are held at your home, office, or local park - although other locations can be arranged.

1 What should I bring?
I bring all yoga mats and equipment needed!
2 How many sessions will I need?
This depends on you! Some people enjoy doing yoga once or twice a week, or even once a fortnight. It’s all about what works well for you and what your goals are.
3 I’m Not Flexible - Can I Do Yoga?
It does not matter how strong or flexible you are – yoga is a great way to work with your body where ever it’s at. Every person’s body is different, and each person is naturally more strong, flexible or balanced in different ways. If you would like to become more flexible this is a goal we can work on in your classes.
4 What space do I need?
This would depend on how many people are in the yoga class. If you are concerned about fitting a yoga class in your home please feel free to make an enquiry and we can discuss options!
5 Is this for beginners?
All classes are uniquely designed just for you! My yoga classes are appropriate for beginners, experienced yogis, as well as people of all ages and abilities. I regularly teach children, teens, athletes, rehab and injured patients, people with limited range of movement and also people who suffer from chronic pain (including fibromyalgia).
